"Last year, fire broke out in our garage and we had to evacuate in the middle of the night. Thankfully we were able to evacuate, but the damage was extensive (over 1MM). I texted Robert at 7am asking if he could at least get the remaining walls boarded up and the property fenced, and by noon that same day his guys were there with plywood and fencing to protect our home. The next day they brought in heavy duty air purifiers to clean the air and his guys cleaned the ventilation so we could breathe clean air in the livable areas. We actually stayed in our home, in one room, during the construction. During massive LA storms, Laurel Canyon lost power for several days. Robert himself brought over his backup generator so that we had enough power to plug in our refrigerator, have lights, heaters, plus our computers and TV. Once everything dried out, his guys helped to clear the water that leaked in, then fortify our house in order to avoid such a stressful situation from happening again.
